Structure
Satellite Security Corporation is a Florida corporation lead by a dedicated team of marine industry and technology professionals. Below is a list of the key personnel, directors and advisors, each contributing to the equation with unique abilities and expertise in their respective fields. Kelly Drum, Chairman, CEO and President - age 39, born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is Founder and President of the 15th Street Boat Company, currently leasing new sport fishing boats for short and long-term use. Kelly has been a Partner in Drum Realty since 1989, a family commercial and residential brokerage firm established by his grandfather in 1952. From 1987-1988, he was Sales Manager for Show Management/Yachting Promotions, producer of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Kelly's extensive experience in the marine industry began over 25 years ago at his family-owned marina, The Lauderdale Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kelly is an avid boater with nautical experience in many of the world's most popular marine destinations. He received a BS degree from Florida State University in 1987.

Kelly Hulse, Chief Technology Officer - age 33, cofounder Valhalla Enterprises Incorporated in 1990. The company manufactures computer based marine equipment and is the sole U.S. distributor of one of the most advanced radar systems in the world. Valhalla has expanded over the past ten years and now also supplies a broad range of marine software and hardware products to many high profile clients, to include the Vice Chairman of 3Com, Amway Corporation's founder and the President of America OnLine. Mr. Hulse also cofounder and has been a Board Member of Pinoak Digital Corporation, the pioneer and technology leader in SSB high speed digital mode. He developed the infrastructure required to reliably convert high speed Internet connectivity with low speed radio technology. To control international remote radio stations from a central location, he designed an Internet remote station management system. He served as project manager and holds several communications technology patents for the project. Mr. Hulse majored in Computer Science at New York State University, holds a Captain's license and is a former Senior Instructor at the Chapman School of Seamanship.

James M. Fletcher, Internet Development/Webmaster - age 38, is President of JMF Multimedia, an Internet marketing and multimedia design firm specializing in Web-based advertising, touch-screen systems, video and DVD production. Before becoming an early developer on the Internet, James spent over ten years directing and editing video productions ranging from travel libraries for American Express (LAROC), Forte Hotels International and other Fortune 500 companies. His interactive touch-screen systems include exhibits at the International Swimming Hall of Fame and Hilton Hotels. Since 1994, numerous companies have engaged JMF Multimedia to develop creative Internet strategies for them that incorporate the latest advances in web design and online database implementation.

Michael D. Bluestein, Director - age 33, has been a principal at Winston Partners Group, a private equity investment firm, since 1999. Prior to Winston, Michael worked for five years in investment banking at Wheat First and PaineWebber advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and in raising public and private capital. He also worked at SunTrust Bank for five years providing advice and capital to companies for growth, recapitalizations and acquisitions. He earned an MBA degree in finance and strategy from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA degree in political science from the University of Virginia.

David J. McLaughlin, PHD, Advisor - age 38, is an experimental researcher, Engineering Professor, and consultant in the areas of microwave remote sensing, radar, GPS, and wireless communications systems. He received BS and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 1984 and 1989, respectively. From 1989 until 1999, he was on the Electrical Engineering Faculty at Northeastern University, first as an Assistant Professor, and then as a tenured Associate Professor. He is presently Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and is a senior faculty member associated with that University's Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory. In February 2002 David was named Armstrong Professional Development Professor at Amherst. He has served as principal investigator on numerous research and development contracts for U.S. Department of Defense sponsors in the areas of radar system design, remote sensing of ocean surface, and electromagnetic scattering phenomenology, and he is the author of over fifty technical publications in these areas.

Joe Panella, Advisor - age 46, is the Southeast Region Channel Sales Manager for the Advanced Services Organization of AT&T Wireless Services. Joe has 18 years of hands on experience in the field of data communications with AT&T and IBM. His last ten years were spent in the area of wireless communications. He has had a variety of assignments in Product Development, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing and Business Development. Joe has a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Jay Amos, Advisor - age 31, was appointed Vice President, Business Development of SportsLine USA Inc. in September of 1999. He joined the company in October of last year as Director of Business Development. From 1996 to 1998, Jay was Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of University Netcasting, Inc. (FANSonly.com) From 1995 to 1996 he was Director of Business Development for iXL Enterprises. From 1991-1995, Jay served in various positions at Redgate Communications Corporation (America Online).

Kitty McGowan, Advisor - age 36, is the President of Nauticom Communications, a public relations and marketing company focusing on the special needs of the marine industry. She is also a former Director of Association Services for the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, a non-profit trade association dedicated to the promotion and protection of the recreational boating industry. Kitty holds a BS degree in public relations and marketing from the Florida State University. In addition, she has more than 15 years experience in all areas of public relations, advertising and special event coordination. She brings with her more than 12 years experience in the marine industry including 5 years working in various areas of the yachting industry on such internationally known mega yachts as Octopussy, Thunderball, Moonraker, Mercedes, and others.

Business and Legal Advisors

The Company uses Akerman Senterfitt, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for its legal corporate and patent work. Keefe, McCullough & Co. has been selected as the company's certified public accountants.
